It's all Japanese, don't freak out. After the game loaded, find characters like
“高层XXX” or “崖XXX”. Click either one to begin (difference is just the background)
All you need to do is get the people up to the helicopter which is up in the sky. But there is wind, so the "Up, Left, Right" figures let you to control the human ladder
